About EUPIL
EU Property Investments (EUPIL) was founded by two bothers, Nigel and Victor Simmonds. They identified a significant demand in the property market to promote “offplan” property investments in newly emerging markets.
our aim
EUPIL are able to assist potential investors ranging from “private” to “business” treating them both with the same exemplary service. One of our core values is to provide excellent online communication between EUPIL and its clients throughout the “offplan” purchase stages. We take great pride in ensuring that the investment process is a smooth transition from conception through to completion, ensuring that the individual investor’s expectations are always fulfilled.
PRIVATE INVESTORS
EUPIL have dedicated this part of their website (to be user friendly) to assist the novice investor through the various stages of purchasing “offplan” property overseas. Our aim is to remove the jargon from the process by giving greater online assistance to our clients to achieve their dream of owning a holiday home in a new exciting environment
BUSINESS INVESTOR
EUPIL recognise that some of our repeat portfolio clients prefer to review all the financial aspects of current projects being built, they will also be allowed access via our “ business investor members area” to future developments in which they may wish to “express an interest”
The Directors
Nigel simmonds
Nigel Simmonds has worked within the construction industry for over 30 years, he has a Masters Degree in Construction Management, with broad experience in all aspects of building construction, contract law, and particularly overseeing large property developments.
Victor Simmonds has been involved with the marina industry for over 35 years. He is the founder of Solent Marine Limited he has been its director for 17 years.

Victors entrepreneurial skills will be utilised to develop future projects with our joint venture partners for the construction & installation of marina’s within emerging markets.

PARTNERS - BULGARIA
Peter Atanasov has been working in Bulgarian Real Estate for over 4 years. He has a Masters Degree in Law with experience in the local Bulgarian legislation and property market. He is a qualified solicitor and has worked as a legal adviser for local developers, real estate agencies and individual clients.
