Does EUPIL offer subsidised flights /accomodation
Unlike some of our competitors we do not treat our clients like sheep and herd them around in mini buses. Buying an overseas property must not be rushed, it takes time to review all of ones options before making a commitment to purchase in the right location. Besides there is only one person who indirectly pays for the subsidies and that is you the client. We can assist by directing you towards some services provided by our joint venture partners who will often help you find your way about in their part of the world.

Does EUPIL offer a rental service ??
We endeavour to find a suitable rental service provider to manage your property if that is your choice. However it should be noted that some holiday developments need to be advertised and managed for a couple of seasons in a tour operators catalogue before maximising their potential rental yield. Some of our developers are aware of this situation and are prepared to guarantee a minimum 7% yield for the first two years to alleviate this situation.

Preliminary Contracts
Each of our joint venture developers will issue bespoke preliminary contracts which will be prepared in accordance with the laws of the country of origin. Financial Stage Payments will be clearly defined in any preliminary contract prior to any deposit monies being requested.

Construction Phase
Throughout the construction progress of your property we shall endeavour to promote digital photographs uploaded onto our web-site.

Final Completion
The legal title of your property will be transferred from the developer into your name or nominated company name by your legal representative or notary public. If you are unable to attend to the final transfer in person it is possible to arrange for a qualified solicitor to act on your behalf with your signed “Power of Attorney”.
