What fees do EUPIL charge for their services ?
We debated this matter for a long time and decided that unlike other organisations we would not charge an annual membership fee to be registered with EUPIL. Once you are satisfied that you wish to proceed with a preliminary contract we would charge a document handling fee of £1000 (or 2% of the property purchase price whichever is the lesser amount) to cover our administrative costs. This fee will also give our investors a one year subscription to our fly2rent website where they can promote the rental of their property on the world wide web. As you would expect this fee is non refundable.

Does EUPIL charge a reservation fee similar to other promotional companies
Yes, we do charge a £2000 reservation fee which will be added to the overall purchase price.

What happens if the developer goes bankrupt ?
We can never guarantee that a developer will not go bankrupt,we endeavour to ensure as far as possible that our clients are protected by the process of due diligence. At the outset we seek to promote only companies which have a proven track record with "off plan" developments. Of course with new properties which have just recently been completed there is less risk to this process, and you have the safeguard of the purchase being conducted through an impartial notary. With every development company we negotiate the best terms for our clients to protect their interests during the "offplan" process.
