6 Simple Steps to Purchasing Overseas Property
Starting from our Eupil homepage it is very easy to navigate around the web site to find all the information you require to enable you to purchase an off plan or completed overseas property.

Visit our "Current Projects" to see the various developments on offer. From here you can read general information about the project, view the photographs, floor plans, external elevations, drop down current price list, and review any frequently asked questions (FAQs) and also download PDF colour brochures of the projects.

When you find the property you like “email us” or call us on +44 (0) 7850 783053 (displayed throughout the web site. (Incidentally our telephone numbers are also printed on the back page of any Eupil sales brochures). You will need to complete a bespoke " Reservation Form" for each project. These forms can be found within the sales brochures mentioned above, which outline all the requirements for a successful applicant. If you wish you can also request a blank "Reservation Form'' confirming which property you are interested in, by simply sending “us an email”. Complete the Reservation Form in your own handwriting, and post it to our PO Box 381, Sarisbury Green, Southampton, SO31 6TS, inclusive of any stipulated reservation fee.

Once we have processed your reservation fee we will send out the "preliminary contract" documentation relating to your specific purchase. There will then follow a one week hold period whilst we put a ''reserved'' status on your property selection. (See the live price list on the web site for the current status of all properties)

Once you are satisfied that we have answered all your questions, then the First Payment from the Financial Stage Payment Schedule will be paid to Eupil (acting as stakeholder on behalf of the developer), all subsequent payments will be made direct to the building developers via their nominated bank account. Please note that each of our joint venture developers will issue bespoke preliminary contracts that will be prepared in accordance with the laws of the country of origin. All Financial Stage Payments will be clearly defined in the preliminary contract prior to any Stage Payment monies being requested.
Throughout the construction progress of your property we shall endeavour to promote digital photographs on our web site. These photographs should assist in confirming that the various stages of construction have been completed. This procedure allows the developer to claim the appropriate pre-agreed construction stage payment.

The legal title of your property will be transferred from the developer into your name or nominated company name by your legal representative or notary public. If you are unable to attend to the final transfer in person it is possible to arrange for a qualified solicitor to act on your behalf with your signed ''Power of Attorney" to achieve "Final Completion".
